This process begins with the base foundation of your new Mobile Cool Room.

 

THE TRAILER

Our welders have spent 100's of hours designing and perfecting our trailer bases.  Unlike  our competitors all our trailers are manufactured with a 1500mm draw bar using 75mm x 75mm Australian made quality steel  before being sent off to be hot dipped galvanised. Upon return your trailer is then  assigned a vin #  and assembled with quality running gear components, high tensile fittings and light truck wheels & tires. All this ensures that your mobile cool room stays safe and secure on the road and will last the test of time.

THE ASSEMBLY LINE

Next the floor goes down and is lined with alloy checker plate,  300mm stone guards are fitted all round for protection, walls and roof are installed, electrical cables are laid and a standard 800mm x 1800mm door& jam is fitted. We only use the best quality 75mm Australian made cool room panel. All our freezers are assembled with 100mm panel and fitted with door heaters. Moving down the assembly line the  internal & external components are now fitted to ensure an airtight seal  and additional meat rails, generator stands or add ons requested are now fitted.

THE MOTOR & BLOWER

The heart and soul of your new mobile cool room. Our refrigeration mechanics are licensed tradespeople and utilise the latest in refrigeration technology and quality components. Our mobile cool rooms are built to maintain temperatures in all types of commercial amd domestic environments. Once the motor and blower installation is complete we then run the unit for 12 hours to ensure everything is running smooth, temperatures are stable and the unit is completely sealed. Rotary motor upgrades and generators are available if you need to run your mobile cool room while on the go.

QUALITY CONTROL

The final port of call is our QC department This part of the manufacturing process is often overlooked.  Motor and drain pipes are sealed in their final position,  remaining protection covers are fitted,
